I left them behind.....

.....and I didn't want to.
It was time for me to leave Canada and return to Japan. Whish I could of taken Serenity with me, instead I left her in the capable hands of my partner.
Looking forward for this weekend to arrange Serenity's room in our apartment here in Tokyo.

Time to clean up and......Sleeeeeeeeeeep !!!!!

Christening- Baptizm day

Today our baby girl is being baptized. One of the great and important days in her life. Believe it or not she slept trough it.
We would like to thank the church in Regina for being so understanding and flexible.

A great looking and even better tasting ice cream cake for our Serenity's big day.
Thank you Arlene and Andrew.

A happy new family.

Day 3- Going "Home"

We are hoping this is the day she will leave the hospital. This morining her jaundace level has dropped some, but the doctor would like to have another blood test done in the afternoon before he releases her.
...........
Good news. Our girl is doing great, the levels have been dropping since this morning and we are awaiting doctor's decision..........
............
And at last, our baby girl is going home with us this evening.
Here she is, all dressed up and ready to go.

Day 2 - Tanning

Our baby girl is eating a lot, according to one of the nurses. We are now anxious to take her to her temporary home. Unfortunately she has jaundice and she will have to remain in the hospital for another day.
Here she is "tanning".
Her daddy was very creative as seen on this photo.
